Several Bug fixes and improved playback.

Fixed bug with duplicate pods. If you had too many pods, extra ones should be killed when this update is launched.
Changed fretboard notes to flat to match with staff notation.
Added volume controls to ctrl pod.
Added Mute function to ctrl pod.
Fixed but with loop button overlapping text entry for metronome speed.
Changed text of "speed" in ctrl to correct font.
Added blink indicator to ctrl pod to capture users attention.
Added end of song functions. Now the play / pause button returns to pause. Clicking play will now restart the song.
Many Tooltips added.
Better memory of previous location in application.
Storing new file data locally.
Adding refresh button to new tab list.
Showing age of tab list.
