Beta .70 Fix list

• Fixed bug with duplicate pods. If you had too many pods, extra ones should be killed when this update is launched.
• Changed fretboard notes to flat to match with staff notation.
• Added volume controls to ctrl pod.
• Added Mute function to ctrl pod.
• Fixed but with loop button overlapping text entry for metronome speed.
• Changed text of "speed" in ctrl to correct font.
• Added blink indicator to ctrl pod to capture users attention.
• Added end of song functions. Now the play / pause button returns to pause. Clicking play will now restart the song.
• Many Tooltips added.
